At TARFAC, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer an easy and transparent return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

You can return a product if:

  • It is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • The tag is intact

  • Return is requested within 7 days of delivery

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or customization are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased on final sale or discount

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Gift cards or promotional items


3. How to Request a Return

Email us at support@tarfac.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if defective/damaged)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the return instructions.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be:

  • Issued to your original payment method

  • Processed within 5–7 business days

Refund may be denied if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.


5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tarfac.com with photos. We’ll resolve it quickly by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.


7. Shipping Charges

Return shipping is:

  • Free for defective or incorrect items

  • Paid by the customer for other returns
